Durack is one of a select few government primary (P-6) schools in Brisbane who can enrol International primary school students in the Education Queensland International program.
Over the last several years our school has been enriched from enrolments of students from Indonesia, China, Papua New Guinea, Liberia, Nigeria, Vietnam and Saudi Arabia.
These students have been enrolled at Durack while a parent may have been studying at one of various Universities or residing with a parent or extended family while experiencing Australian culture and education.
We welcome international students who come to Australia as we believe having overseas students join us, will add a further richness to our multicultural school community.
Through EQI, we also now welcome professional and student group visits by overseas educators and schools.
