Teachers and Teacher Aides engage in ongoing professional development related to Indigenous Education.
New staff are encouraged to attend our local Indigenous Induction Program to become more aware of cultural history and practices as well as support services in the Inala area.
We have learnt to play and to teach our students a variety of Indigenous Games.
We are fortunate to be able to draw on the knowledge and personal experience of several staff members, and of many parents and community members, including the Inala Elders.
The Dandiiri-Inala School and Community Library is an amazing source of knowledge and resources which is regularly accessed to support our students learning.
